Merging styles like contemporary Christian, rock, rap and of course, praise and worship, Eddie James launches into an interactive and hyperactive praise with the CD, God.  The 10-track CD opens with the project’s title tune, a bold, “in-your-face”, percussive and powerful declaration.  With guitars and drums leading the way on this cut, “God” is a track not soon to be forgotten.  Other memorable tracks include “Rua”, “The Name Of The Lord Is Great” and “I Need You”.

James & The Phoenix Mass Choir’s latest release is a collection of the group’s best known songs and contains tracks like the powerful “The Battle”, the riveting “Keep Trusting” and the updated “Jesus Is On The Mainline”.  “Lord Have Your Way” brings to mind swaying choir robes and “Victory” is the perfect, hyperactive praise tune.  James & The Phoenix Mass Choir also give a convincing performance on the popular “God Of Wonders”, but with a tasteful gospel twist.
